Weight Loss Management will begin with an in-depth assessment with our qualified Care First medical provider to establish your goals and understand your history. Next, your provider will suggest a treatment plan that may include vitamin infusions, injections, and procedures to finally hit your target weight and feel healthy from the inside out!

The Weight Loss Management program is totally customizable to meet individual needs. Our program requires a consultation with a Care First medical provider to discuss your weight loss concerns and determine if you are a good candidate for weight loss treatment. We offer a natural approach to weight loss using Lipo-B and B12 injections, IV infusions, monthly check-ins, non-invasive procedures, and individualized support.

Generally, anyone who needs weight loss support of ten pounds or more is a good contender for our Care First Weight Management program. We do not recommend this program for individuals who meet the following criteria: 

• Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
• Are currently breastfeeding.
• Are underweight or have been diagnosed with body dysmorphia.
